Why is the favorite button always so hard to find...ah there it is.

Reply nibbler56, March 27th, 2012, 3:05 am

Sexual and romantic attraction is based on the instinct to spread our genes, but it is not focused entirely on finding someone of the opposite gender for procreation; our brains look for good traits in others that we ourselves lack and vice-versa. The fact that for some people, this instinctual perfect-combo-finding is focused on the same gender is just as natural as the opposite. :) Besides, it's like they say, "Love knows no boundaries".

As far as super-powers go, does that mean I get 3/4-powers or something? Or am I going to have to dress up like a flying animal and make up for it with cool gadgets like Batman and Robin?

Reply KatzyKins, March 27th, 2012, 4:42 am

D:< Yeah! When do these super powers kick in? >3< I wanna fly! :D

If I'm bi does that make me like Mystique? Because I can pass for human or mutant? This is such a great concept. :D

Reply ainoo (Guest), March 28th, 2012, 6:33 am

Oww, I really love this comic! And your other comics too. :) I'm a lesbian from Finland (so please don't care if I don't write right :'D) and now I'm wondering where is MY superpowers. I want them too if we are mutations! Cool. :'D But, on the other hand, that amazing sex between two girls is kinda super, maybe it's enough. :P

Reply TwilightRain888, April 1st, 2012, 12:32 pm

It's not just for the instinct of having children. It's the fact that your body KNOWS it would bring you pleasure, and you bring you satisfaction (though your mind doesn't always say the same thing, thank god for clear thinking). Sex is, to humans, something fun to do, and something hilarious to talk about. To animals, or to the occasionally not-an-idiot, it's about love, trust, and wholeness. *happy face*

I'm thirteen, btw. No joke. :I

Reply KittyLitter, September 1st, 2012, 1:48 pm

I'm bisexual, do I get twice as many super powers? 8D

Reply TomorrowsNightmare95, September 2nd, 2012, 9:42 pm

I don't get any powers :(

Reply puppydere, September 16th, 2012, 3:08 pm

HAHA you know thinking about it, the X-men are very similar to homosexuals... just in the fact that they often face prejudice simply because they are different. Actually I think that might have been intentional on Marvel's part as mutants often have to face similar situations... (blending in with and functioning in society, coming out to their parents as mutants, etc...)

Reply Killer-Koi-11, October 20th, 2012, 9:59 pm

still one of my fave comics

We have super powers The Thing is:

As homosexuals we all got superpowers already that develop around puberty. But unfortunately most of the time our superpowers are something so specific that we don't notice it.

For example:
-The power to MANIPULATE SPIDERS. Quite common power it pass unnoticed because as you see the spider, you run away.

-The power of TELEKINNEARSIS. Which is useless unless you are in the presence of Greg Kinnear.

-The power to ABSORB BAD LUCK. You are not unlucky! You simply absorb others bad luck.

-The power of TELEPORTATION THROUGH ELBOW LIKING. Just lick your own elbow and you can teleport anywhere you want.

So we all already have homosexual super powers we just haven't found it yet.

I'm styding psychology and I haven't studies gay/lesbian theories but I have read about nature vs nurture and from that I can honestly say being gay/lesbian is not mutation, it's mostly nurture (meaning the environment/media/the way we're raised) affected our form of affection/attraction. A real example to prove this, I have a friend who has twins as friends and one is a lesbian while the other is straight, they are exactly alike genetic wise and yet one of them is gay, proof that it's not genetic.

And now for a very private theory, I'm pretty sure back in the days before history was born, back before the first calender was made, a civilization existed and gay/lesbian couples were not called that, there was no name for it because there was no need to. It was a civilization where couples were just couples. And then the a huge comet hit and everyone was wiped out. We had to start from the beginning and unfortunately the only people left to rebuild civilization weren't the most smart ones which is why we now have labels on everything (o.o)
